I ordered the premium version of a Mother’s Day bouquet, but the arrangement delivered was substantially different from the product advertised on the website. The delivered bouquet was significantly smaller (on the right) lacked the flower variety, fullness, and color arrangement shown online (on the left) and did not reflect the premium upgrade I paid for.

Beautiful place, lovely staff and I always leave with a beautiful arrangement that can’t hold a candle to a grab at the grocery store bouquet.

Terrible quality. I ordered a bouquet through FTD for my grandmothers funeral. I paid for the premium bouquet-top dollar. The photo on the left was expected. The photo on the right was delivered. Wilted greens and flowers, skimpy on filler, not at all the lush $100+ dollar bouquet I expected. I was refunded 30%. Embarrassing really. The vase was nice. Otherwise it would be a one star review.

We chose to work with Bill for our wedding florals based on some beautiful and creative arrangements he had put together for us in the past. I met with him multiple times to review flower preferences, colors, and the overall vision for our wedding day. He was very helpful providing suggestions to meet what I was looking for at the best value. He worked to stay within my budget which I truly appreciated. In the end we were so pleased with the beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and wedding arch that he and his team worked on. He was a pleasure to work with and we’re so glad we chose De Vars-Phillips for our wedding day florals.

I called today at 2:35 and by 3:49 I got a thank you text from my sister in law thanking me. Beautiful flowers created in masion jar - they are just perfect! All with amazing delivery - thank you!
